Job Description:

Job Description We are searching for a Customer Support administrator. Duties include planning, designing, and coordinating customer support functions for several multi-divisional applications. This opportunity is a great stepping stone for an individual desiring to join a full life-cycle software development team and learn application support for several mission critical systems.

Additional duties include:

* Interfacing with customers to resolve technical issues and outages. * Perform account management functions. * Provide communications to the user community. * Provide technical guidance and direction. * Provide support for technology products and/or applications. * Fulfill ad-hoc customer support requests. * Work as a member of a customer support team. * Coordinate closely with rest of team on to resolve issues as needed. * Assess customer impact of system issues. * Utilize sponsor systems for reporting critical issues. * Recommend modifications to systems to development team * Update wiki pages * Manage program documentation and program SOPs * Provide other team assistance as requested

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

* Candidate must have an Active TS/SCI with a Favorable Polygraph. Will not be considered without it. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong presentation skills * Working knowledge of Intelligence Community systems * Knowledge of the applicability of software applications * Knowledge of the structure, mission, and functions of the Intelligence Community * Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to explain rules and technical information clearly. * Ability to elicit information on technical problems * Ability to organize, maintain team documentation and SOPs * MS Office Suite

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

* Three years of relevant experience. * Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or a related technical discipline is equivalent to 18 months of experience. * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or a related technical discipline is equivalent to 3 years of experience. * Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or a related technical discipline is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
