Job Description:
Title: Resource SupervisorLocation: REMOTEContract: 6 months
Overview: The Resource Supervisor responsible for fulfillment of
coworkers and partners in a specified solution domain within Field
Services. The Resource Supervisor works closely with the Services
Manager and Project Managers on tactical solutions for resource
fulfillment and maximizes the utilization of billable resources.
They work with services management to ensure the technical
development for an assigned team. Responsibilities:Assign or
approve staffing assignments with the appropriate CDW coworkers and
partners to meet project requirements, customer expectations and
timelinesMaintain billable resources schedulesEnsure timely and
accurate invoicing of clients through time and expense
approvalReview and collaborate with services management on resource
capacity issuesFacilitate the selection, screening, and engagement
of partner resources for projectsEnsure team engineering
utilization targets are metIdentify opportunities to develop
coworkers' skills to provide relevant solutions for clientsEnsure
projects are staffed in a timely manner based on predefined
prioritiesSupport project delivery methodology, operational
training, and process compliance for assigned teamEnsure that best
practices are incorporated and sharedIdentify and communicate
staffing trends within domainSupport Services Operations vision,
goals, and strategiesContribute to Services Operations team
meetings and best practicesReview scheduling tool for availability
gaps and project bookingsWork with peers to maximize total
utilization company wide Skills and Knowledge:Maintain a positive
work environmentStrong leadership, operational, and influencing
skillsStrong oral and written communication abilityExcellent
problem-solving skills and follow throughAbility to identify and
creatively resolve staffing issuesProven negotiation

complianceTime to staff Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in a
similar support role for a professional services organization
preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred
Qualifications:Associate degree in a business related (project
management) program
