community.**Responsibilities**Responsibilities:The Microsoft U.S.
Federal Consulting Solution Architect Team is seeking a Business
Applications Solution Architect who can help guide our
mission-critical customers securely through their digital
transformation. The role requires both broad and deep technology
expertise, advanced architecture skills and industry knowledge to
define appropriate customer solutions, scope and estimate effort,
and provide technical leadership in sales pursuits and solution
delivery.The ideal candidate must have Business Application-led
(ERP/CRM solutions) Enterprise experience and a mix of hands on
experience in selling business value solutions in highly
competitive situations, business applications implementation,
architectural design and strategic business acumen.The Solution
Architect role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge
and the ability to architect solutions by mapping customer business
problems to end-to-end technology solutions. The candidate must
have demonstrated the ability to engage in discussions with senior
level decision makers related to agility, business value, and end
to end information technology solutions. The Solution Architect is
a key enabler for other architects, consultants and partners, and
must have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through
professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the
customer engagement and experience.The Solution Architect role
requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under
pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and
expectation management. Ideal candidates may come from customer,
partner and competing organizations and may have played the
following types of roles in these organizations, Senior Architect,
Chief Architect, Principal Architect or CTO.The Solution Architect
must be able to apply advanced analysis skills and experience in
principles of architecture, designing, demonstrating, and
positioning Dynamics CRM or ERP-based solutions including
estimating service implementations. To be credible, the successful
candidate must have current and deep experience with implementing
large CRM or ERP engagements using the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
Understanding of competitive technology (i.e. SFDC or Oracle)
enables the architect to properly assess feasibility of migrating
customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions
hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms. Advanced Industry knowledge in
either US Federal DOD and/or Intelligence Communities is
required.Expert level knowledge and skill with the following is
highly desired:+ Demonstrated excellence with presenting complex
development and product topics to both business executive and
technical personnel.+ Proven experience selling consulting
engagements which includes estimating, scoping, and writing
effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and
limit risk.+ Proven track record of building deep technical
relationships with senior executives and helping to build
innovative cloud solutions in large or highly strategic accounts.+
Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving
conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and
written communication.+ Demonstrated excellence when facilitating
customer design and awareness sessions that are focused on complex
application solution architectures.+ Ability to move between high
level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves"
level of providing architectural oversight for delivery projects.+
Ability to translate business requirements into technology
requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work
(SOW).**Qualifications****Required/Minimum Qualifications:**+
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology
solutions, practice development, architecture and/or consulting.+
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology
solutions, practice development, architecture and/or consulting.+
OR equivalent experience.+ 3+ years of Enterprise-scale technical
experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures and architecture
designs.+ 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP
experience.**Additional or Preferred Qualifications:**+ BS/BA in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice
development, architecture and consulting.+ Experience with
Private/Hybrid/Public cloud configurations, migrations, patterns,
and practices.+ Familiar withAzure DevOpsor other similar
enterprise planning and delivery tools+ Experience with Azure
subscription planning and network architecture+ CRM or ERP design
and implementation experience+ Participated inend-to-end full life
cycle implementations ofMicrosoftDynamics 365and/or the Power
Platform+ Experience in business application and app-modernization
concepts including no-code/low-code orchestration, application
tools and chat bots.+ Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
Certifications (PL-100 or PL-200 or PL-400 or PL-600) AND (MB-910
or MB-600)+ Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure functions+
Proficient at Power Platform code syntax and language requirements,
API, or rest service integrationTop Secret Poly Clearance:The
successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret
Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with
Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government
security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure
to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance
and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment
action up to and including termination.US Citizenship:The
successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship
Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship
to meet federal government security requirements.Cloud Screening:
Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a
Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings
will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.Candidates
