The ideal candidate will be customer-centered, computer savvy, and have a positive attitude in a busy environment. The Client Care Coordinator coordinates care services for clients in communities and private homes. They work with social workers, clients, and families to deliver services based on the client's care plan.

Responsibilities for Client Care Coordinator:

• Perform analytical and data entry tasks
• Answer patient calls, emails, and questions, including finding insurance estimates
• Confidentially manage patient accounts
• Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including billing
• Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
• Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
• Discuss the cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient
• Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
• Schedule any necessary outpatient appointments
• Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices
• Provide community resources and referrals for continuing care
• Assist in locating funding for special procedures or other patient needsQualifications for Client Care Coordinator:
  • 1-3 years of customer service exposure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must be dependable and have a professional work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team memberWork well under pressure
  • Minimum requirement - High School DiplomaReston, VA$35-40k + Benefits
