Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Process Optimization team, you will contribute to identifying opportunities for improving organizational processes. In this role, you will review and analyze organizational processes, as well as participate in designing and implementing strategies to improve processes.

Responsibilities
The Process Improvement - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Gather and report on information about team and organizational processes.
  • Translate findings into actionable changes for teams or groups.
  • Assemble reports of results from changes in processes.
  • Maintain existing process improvement programs and continuously support customers.
    Qualifications
    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
    Minimum Required Experiences
    • 2 years related experience
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from a recognized institution is required.
    • Experience executing process improvement projects involving process and technology focused enhancements leveraging core Six Sigma tools.
    • Experience conducting root cause analysis and impact analysis.
    • Experience developing process diagrams using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or other similar standards.
    • Strong data analysis proficiency, with an ability to manipulate and transform raw data, leveraging Minitab or a similar statistical analysis tool.
    • Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.
    • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across varying levels within an organization and cross-functionally. Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
    • Experience with MS Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical analysis tool.
      Desired Experiences
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      • Project management and change management experience desired.
      • Proven ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.
      • Experience with ARIS and MetricStream (eGRC).
      • Skilled in MS Office products.
