will be supporting the second line oversight function for stress
testing and capital management.THE IMPACT YOU WILL
MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Stress Testing and Capital Risk Associate
role sits within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization
and will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while
working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the
following responsibilities
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to the oversight
stress testing and capital management
- Assist with coordinating risk oversight activities across teams
in ERM and Finance
- Document oversight activities in formal risk reports and other
updates for senior management
- Assist in identifying key implications of stress testing and
capital management activities to the business units, Finance, and
risk management
- Support the management of key stakeholder
relationshipsQualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE
TEAMRequired Experience / Skills
- Solid foundation in economics and finance
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage
multiple tasks and long-term deliverables across several teams
- Self-motivated and curious with a commitment to continuous
professional development
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skillsDesired
Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Some experience in finance or risk management preferred
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations, or an
eagerness to develop those skillsTools
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with data analysis or business intelligence tools
