Description SAIC, a premier provider of advisory support services to critical customer missions, is seeking a systems engineer to support a range of technical functions for an important customer. - The successful candidate must be a forward-leaning self-starter, capable of balancing multiple priorities while supporting ongoing projects and activities in a fast-paced organization. - The candidate will provide input into organization-wide technical strategies in the mobile network domain. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to enable collaboration and engagement with various stakeholders. - The candidate will work both strategically and tactically to help develop and execute the customer's technology and mission plans.
Qualifications Required

• 
  
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI and Poly
  
• 15+ years of experience with cellular networks to include network topology and components
  
• Experience with cellular RF protocols to include 4G/LTE/LTE Advanced and 5G in a testing environment
  
• Experience with test plan creation and execution related to cellular hardware and software
  Understanding of cellular network concepts such as network slicing and SIP messaging
