Join the team that is ensuring one person- one identity.Project Manager will coordinate projects at the intersection of identity and travel where we are driving a frictionless travel experience for consumers with privacy at its core. With key implementations in the travel ecosystem both in the government and commercial realms this is a unique opportunity to drive both the customer mission and consumer value. The Project Manager will report into the Travel and Transport business line and will be responsible for managing assigned project activities according to the schedule, budget and project requirements. The Project Manager will work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment and will manage high visibility project activities with sometimes competing priorities. Responsibilities include the following: -

Supports Travel and Transport program management team on all aspects of short and long-term projects including planning, scheduling, cost management, quality measurement/reporting, risk management, resource plans, etc.Manages multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting commitments. Continually assesses risk and promptly notifies the program manager/director of any issues that could impact the project schedule, budget or deliverables.Communicates with the customer and project team on a regular basis and produces meeting agendas, notes and action items on a routine basis. Coordinates end-to-end activities to complete system installations at the customer site location. Activities include ordering parts, scheduling engineering and field resource support, arranging shipping, and communicating with the customer throughout the delivery. Coordinates with purchasing, supply chain and warehouse personnel to quote, order and track materials and spare equipment as required. Supports supply chain activities, aligning priorities, tracking milestones, and executing tasks for production.Supports proposal development activities in response to RFQ, RFP, TORP, etc. Acts as the primary point of contact for Travel & Transport program management team. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience.Knowledge of project management principles, practices, procedures/processes, techniques, and toolsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn on the job.
Passion for the Travel and Transport vertical is preferred Knowledge of identity solutions a plusAdvanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.)Travel may be required (> 25%)
