As an event coordinator at our Gallup Washington, D.C., office, you will use your event planning skills to coordinate logistical aspects of virtual, hybrid and in-person courses and corporate events from start to finish. You will partner with vendors, brief speakers, lead communication updates, coordinate materials and host clients. You will also organize virtual event platforms, hotel accommodations, catering logistics, audio and visual needs, and room layouts - plus arrange and assist with setup and tear down.
