We will deliver even more in the future.As an Industrial Security Specialist (FSO/Alt. CSSO) at Trellix Public Sector, you will be responsible for duties such as maintaining the day-to-day monitoring of the facilities National Industrial Security Program and ensuring the requirements of the NISPOM, in addition to ensuring Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's) are implemented to prevent unauthorized disclosure of classified information. In this position, you would work as part of a team to manage all security aspects of classified government contract programs and day-to-day security operations. Conduct USG required self-inspections, records management, and security education programs to confirm security compliance and work with stakeholders to determine a mitigation strategy for any instances of non-compliance.Interact with internal and external customers or government security officials to perform security duties, including DCSA and IC representatives, in addition to monitoring progress to maintain FCL compliance. Interface with customer-facing staff to ensure Federal Security Services support strategy aligns with leadership-defined business strategy and define and present compliance status, risks, and mitigation strategies to Federal Security Services management.Basic Qualifications: Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite to include MS Project, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams (O365) 10+ year's experience as a FSO & Alt. CSSO working within an SAP/SCI environment Working knowledge of DISS, NISS, DIAS, and SWFT A current FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification issued by CDSE Current NSA CSSO and COMSEC managers course certification Active and current in scope Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and NSA Full Scope Polygraph (Day One) Detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task while handling competing priorities and deadlines Experience with handling and reviewing all security documents to include e-QIP, and IC security processing packages for accuracy and completeness Ability to show experience with preparing, tracking and monitoring classified contracts, DD-254's and security clearances via Access and Portal Commander Investigate, prepare, and submit Security Violations and Incident Reports as required by applicable government directives Experience with the preparation of DCSA and IC customers annual audits, vulnerability assessments conducted internally or by various government agencies Ability to show a proven track record of compliance with the NISPOM, SEAD 3, and other various policies and directives to include relevant Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) A track record of effectively communicating information to various audiences at all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications Must demonstrate dependable, responsive, customer focused qualities of diplomacy, discretion, and initiative Ability to perform described qualifications, but not limited to other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications: Experience and ability to effectively use industry programs such as Access Commander and Portal Commander Experience working on a DCSA compliant Insider Threat programs Knowledge and experience working with various IC Agency's Experience in writing and reviewing DD254's at all levels (from proposal to close out) to identify security requirements and then assure compliance Experience in training and briefing employees in person and virtually in security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulationsCompany Benefits and Perks:We work hard to embrace diversity and inclusion and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
