This essential role will work remotely and provide project operations support which includes performing a range of administrative and logistical tasks, in addition to supporting teams in providing quality work to our clients at the Department of Justice.This position is located within the ICF Victims Services portfolio, where we develop the professional skills of the service providers who support vulnerable, exploited, and victimized populations through training, effective management, and leadership institutes. Our training and technical assistance (TTA) is data-informed, supported by evaluation, and adapted based on feedback from those using the materials developed in the field. We also perform collaborative needs assessments, draw from focus groups and learning circles, and rely upon subject matter expertise. Our experts are intentionally diverse and bring on-the-ground experience and responses to victims of mass violence, human trafficking, hate crimes, financial management, tribal victim assistance, sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, compassion fatigue/vicarious trauma, community-based violence, serving survivors of homicide, and supporting victims with disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Data collection and data entry for project reports and tracking systemsDrafting and compiling meeting notes and synthesizing meeting activity notes ie. whiteboard/jamboards/chat transcriptsAssisting with project quality control through activities such as proofing, records keeping, and ensuring compliance with project SOPsMaintaining electronic mailing listsDeveloping and sending targeted email correspondence with TTA recipients and partnersTracking registration for training and events and assisting in correspondence with participantsSupporting updates to SharePoint and assistance in managing online storage platformsPerforming other related duties as assignedThe work will require collaboration with two project points of contactBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in operational supportPreferred Skills:Proficiency with MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, TeamsStrong proofreading skills with careful attention to detailStrong writing and notetaking skills, and in compiling meeting notesKnowledge of the general nature of the criminal justice and human trafficking fieldsProfessional Skills:Must be organized and capable of managing time effectively, plan and carry out concurrent activities and display sensitivity to the confidential nature of federal client work and of the communications between ICF and clientsAbility to create and manage timelines, and collaborate with other teams to complete a project deliverableAbility to communicate well, both orally and in writing, demonstrated highly professional demeanorExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with various levels of internal staff, as well as clients, grantees, and vendors as neededAbility to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create and manage timelines and collaborate with the team to complete a project deliverable#JWPCD#SPVSICFWorking at ICFWorking at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
