Solerity needs your support to help us provide these solutions and continue our path as a recognized leader in providing resources for federal agencies and the Intel Community Requirements Your Responsibilities: -- Navigate new systems through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) and maintain existing systems accreditation packages. -- Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with agency policies and procedures. -- Ensure Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) are properly applied to harden network devices and software without adversely inhibiting mission accomplishment. -- Support the development of the system---s required body of evidence to obtain ATO. -- Maintain the system---s Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and coordinate the remediation/mitigation of vulnerabilities. -- Assist the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in meeting their duties and responsibilities. The ISSO shall assume ISSM responsibilities in the absence of the ISSM. -- Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures as outlined in the security authorization package. -- Attend required technical and security training (e.g., operating system, networking, security management) relative to assigned duties. -- Report all security-related incidents to the ISSM. -- Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package. -- Serve as member of the Change Control Board (CCB), if designated by the ISSM. -- Coordinate any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware of a system with the ISSM and Authorizing Official (AO)/Designated Authorizing Official (DAO) prior to the change. -- Formally notifying the ISSM and AO/DAO when changes occur that might affect system Authorization. -- Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly. -- Ensure all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized Individuals. -- Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented (to include any anomalies). -- Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, authorization, need-to-know, and are aware of their security responsibilities before granting access to the IS. -- Maintain required IA certifications. -- Support other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements You Bring: -- U.S. Citizenship required. Must have a current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph. -- Meet DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification requirement (preferred CISSP, CASP CE or CSSLP). -- Bachelor---s degree in IT/Security, or equivalent experience. -- 5-8 years of prior experience in RMF, or equivalent role. -- Experience with Xacta or equivalent Information Assurance management software. -- Understanding of RMF, STIGs and CIS Benchmarks. -- Excellent oral and written communication skills. -- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. -- Professional judgement & skepticism, and innovative thinking to successfully deliver to our client. -- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
