LeaseAccelerator is seeking a Contract Administrator who is experienced in the preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts. This person will be responsible for managing, administrating, and maintaining the documented contractual relationships of LeaseAccelerator customers, subcontractors, and vendors agreements. The Contract Admin II will participate in the negotiation of contract terms, research regulations and proactively advise on application to existing and future contracts, lead contracts adjustment or contract re-baseline efforts, tracks and updates potential and existing customer agreements

  • Performs contract administration functions on new and existing contracts as assigned.
  • Reviews proposal documentation, as assigned, in accordance with corporate policy and processes to include review and compliance with contract terms and identify unique/unusual requirements.
  • Assists with contract and other agreement negotiations.
  • Participates in Audit reviews.
  • Monitors current status of assigned prospective contracts
  • Disseminates information throughout the company regarding status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
  • Leads contract review process for assigned prospective customers.
  • Coordinates legal review with corporate counsel.
  • Guides sales personnel in preparation for negotiating changes and modifications.
  • Provides contract administration support to multiple sales representatives.
  • Coordinates and completes procurement duties, as assigned, associated with Internal Departmental and/or Customer agreements which may include subcontractor agreements, Vendor orders, and other activities for new and existing contracts.
  • Participates in pre-agreement through post agreement contract actions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and people skills.

    Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills: - Bachelors and/or commensurate work experience required - 6+ years of experience in contract administration and/or procurement environment - Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills - Requires the ability to independently draft and negotiate corporate agreements and/or subcontracts as well as coordinate appropriate review in accordance with corporate policy and procedures. - Possesses contracting/subcontracting experience and knowledge of administering Commercial contracts including Fixed Price and Time and Material contract types. - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products. - Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and take the initiative to handle contractual challenges, multiple projects oversight, and develop quick turn-around contract management strategies.
