Job Description:

This candidate will work closely with customers, developers, and other team members to ensure the best technical, operational, and mission solutions are developed.

• Meet with customers and development engineers to define system requirements and technical specifications
  • Resolve technical and architectural trade decisions and make recommendations to customers
  • Identify and track technical interface activities and help resolve technical issues
  • Be the technical POC towards all related parties to resolve technical issues
  • Lead the design of system capabilities that incorporate customer tactics
    • Assess the appropriateness of system designs
    • Lead vulnerability review assessments and explain and highlight concerns to customers
    • Lead, support, and explain the development of program strategies to support long-term, sequential, and layered capabilities
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and best practices Degree in engineering, telecommunications, information technology, computer science, or similar BS 18+, MS 16+, Phd 12+ Experience with multiple system development environments Knowledge of a variety of networking systems, including Core (circuit, NGN, IMS), Cellular (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), and IP networking Knowledge and experience with wireless and satellite communications networks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional diagnostic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills Willingness to travel CONUS to support TEMs and testing activities Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.       Salary Mid: $195,000
      Salary Maximum: $243,800
