Job Description:

to our customers by phone or email and offers opportunities to
learn hands-on in the field. Our product line is innovative and

Essential FunctionsRespond to inbound calls on technical issues
external customers are experiencing with QubicaAMF products. Work
with diagrams and manuals to resolve wiring issues.Diagnose and fix
mechanical failures preventing machines from operating.Partner with
your peers to increase overall knowledge of our product
line.Provide remote support to our field installation
crews.Initiate warranty claims.Interface with our Engineering team
to gain an understanding of newly developed products.Other duties
assigned by management.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position
has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a
coach and mentor for other positions in the
department.Competencies/Qualifications:Previous maintenance,
repair, electrical, mechanical, or troubleshooting experience.An
understanding of hand tools, power tools, and meters.Excellent
communication (written and oral) skills.Excellent documentation and
record-keeping skills.The desire and ability to learn new
technology.Work Environment:This job is in an office environment.
For training purposes, the position may enter a warehouse,
engineering facility, bowling center, or other off-site areas. When
outside the office, proper safety gear, including steel or
alloy-toed safety shoes, is required. Physical Demands:The employee
is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle,
or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Travel Required:Some
travel for training purposes may occur.Required Education and
Experience:High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.Must be at least 18 years of age.Prior
experience working on mechanical systems preferred.Prior experience
working on electrical systems preferred.Prior experience reading
wiring diagrams is preferred.Experience using hand tools, power
