Analyst Location: Reston, VA-- SUMMARY: Agile Defense is seeking a
highly motivated Pricing Analyst to support the Financial Services
- Senior Pricing Analyst in Reston, VA. Develop and negotiate
cost proposals in accordance with the Government regulations.
- Review cost proposals from direct report employees in
accordance with the Government regulations.
- Analyze, prepare and support cost proposals in accordance with
the GWAC schedules and other contract vehicles regulations,
SCA/Wage Determination requirements as well as CONUS/OCONUS labor
laws for all contract types.
- Create, maintain, and update financial databases and
spreadsheets for use in compiling financial reports, charts and
graphs bi-weekly for the senior management.
- Lead the development of the Price-to-Win (PTW) target, the
Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and the Level of Effort (LOE) in
support of the RFP by utilizing publicly available data to develop
competitive intelligence and to ensure competitive bids.
- Respond to Evaluation Notice (EN) and Final Proposal Revision
(FPR) inquiries when necessary.
- Review contracts upon award or modifications, ensure
conformance to submitted pricing proposal and payment
- Support DCAA audits as applicable.
- Perform analysis of costs and associated data for proposals
ensuring compliance with all DCAA requirements.
- Develop a customized Profit and Loss (P&L) dashboard for
Financial Profit & Analysis (FP&A).
- Lead the efforts in submitting annual incurred Cost Submission
to the Defense Contractors Audit Agency (DCAA).
- Perform appropriate cost/price analysis and fill other
documentation as needed to ensure compliance with DCMA Approved
Contracting Purchasing System.
- Maintain the GSA and other applicable price
- Forecast competitor strategies, assess risk, and develop risk
mitigation strategies in order to assist senior management in
making informed business decisions, and provide proposal/project
teams with proper guidance in determining the best course of action
to respond to clients' request.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including
administering, monitoring, reporting, and invoicing, from inception
to contract closeout. Train staff on budgeting tools, policies and
procedures WORKING CONDITIONS: Agile Defense HQ office in Reston,
VA. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in
nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the
time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and
temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant
conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed
within an office environment, with standard office equipment
available. Strength Demands: Light - 20 lbs. Maximum lifting with
frequent lift/carry up to 10 lbs. A job is light if less lifting is
involved but significant walking/standing is done or if done mostly
sitting but requires push/pull on arm or leg controls. Physical
