RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Reston, VA. Summary: The Help Desk Technician will support Treasury Department users, via phone, in person, or over video conference. You will be responsible for Help Desk activities, including troubleshooting technical issues, documenting communication with users, and setting up new user accounts.Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year of experience working in a technical support/help desk environment
  • Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
