You Will Do: Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National
Security Segment to provide customer experience support for an
emergency management client. Our management consulting
professionals help our clients identify, evaluate, and solve some
of their most complex challenges, assisting them in achieving their
strategic goals and objectives to fulfill their mission and comply
with Federal laws and regulations. Our teams focus on defining the
desired customer experience through customer and market insight,
aligning customer service with overall goals and objectives,
leverage technology and digital solutions to support customer
strategy, and identifying and resolving performance issues that
lead to customer dissatisfaction. Individuals will be engaged in a
diverse set of project-specific tasks covering a broad set of
customer experience capabilities, including:
- Leading a team to facilitate strategic leadership alignment
workshops and planning
- Leading a team responsible for documenting existing business
processes and designs new processes to improve the operations of an
organization
- Leading a team to improve business processes and support
trainings on new business processes and operating models
- Applying human centered and Agile principles to Customer
Engagement initiatives
- Leading a team to consolidate and analyze qualitative and
quantitative data of operational customer, and employee data to
support data-driven decision-making
- Presenting insights and recommendations for client
prioritization and investment
- Developing and present recommended plans of action for client
actions
- Conducting customer experience assessments and collect voice of
the customer data based on OMB requirements
- Leading a team to contribute to customer journey mapping,
customer journey design, and roadmap development
- Leading the development of a Customer Experience
Self-Assessment as defined by OMB Circular A-11 Section 280
- Supporting the socialization of cultural and management
transformational requirements
- Leading a team responsible for supporting implementation of
short-, medium-, and long-term approved recommendations
- Leading a team to assess clients' learning and development
needs, develop trainings, and facilitate strategy and ideation
sessions on organizational and strategic priorities
- Mentoring and supporting clients through process improvement
initiatives What You Will Need:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of experience, preferably related to human capital
analysis or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience in human capital analysis
- US Citizenship What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in business management,
communications, or related field
- 5+ years of managing consulting experience in customer strategy
and customer transformation related to improving customer strategy,
customer profitability, and customer retention.
- Deep experience in Customer Experience and Customer Experience
Management including understanding customer needs/preferences,
experience journey design, customer assessments, customer strategy
business transformation, customer retention, customer engagement
roadmap development
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and contribute to high performing
teams with a high standard for quality
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively to
identify deficiencies and potential opportunities
- Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior
management level clients
- Ability to identify and address client needs and deliver
quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated
ability to communicate with clients in an organized and
knowledgeable manner
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
- Exudes professionalism, is flexible, and has a positive
attitude
- Must be collaborative and inclusive of all backgrounds and
opinions
- Certifications in one or more of the following:
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow, Green, or Black Belt What We
