We are hiring for Sales Executive / Business Developer. We are unable to sponsor at this time." Job Description:- DUTIES/TASKS:

  • Responsible for selling to and expanding our presence within the Department of Defense sector.
  • Lead federal business development, capture management and proposal management with a full range of activities including opportunity identification and qualification as well as external teaming discussions
  • Develop and execute effective strategy as it relates to the unique requirements associated with selling to government entities
  • Contribute to the company's pipeline management process including collaborating with large and small businesses, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Build relationships with key federal government partners and customers
  • Exceed booking and revenue quota targets, a dynamic, high-energy self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in industry conferences and other venues; network and gather information that results in building plans for JTSi offerings to satisfy emerging client needs.
  • Utilize existing relationships to work with capture team for RFI/RFP solicitations.
  • Perform daily task order proposal management activities on existing ID/IQ contract vehicles.
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene and participate In business review meetings.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant opportunity information. -REQUIRED SKILLS:
    • Minimum 10 years recent experience with above duties, including the following;
    • Work experience with a Government Contractor - Small Business preferably
    • Work experience supporting prime/sub relationship
    • Work experience with GSA IT-70 Contracts, GWACS such as RS3, ITES3, Encore, Navy NXG,, AESIP etc. Knowledge of Federal Government Acquisition Regulation and process, (FAR) - a plus
    • Good standing with: - Client Federal, IBM Federal, GDIT, Client, CACI, Ledos, Jacobson, SAP/NS2 and SAP NA etc. preferred
    • Good standing with PEO-EIS is a definite plus
    • Experience with DOD, Client & Civilian especially the Army, Navy, CBP, USDA, DHSS would be a definite plus
    • Relationship with Recruiters, PMs, CIOs, Program Managers an absolute winner (Govt. and non-government)
    • Experience with NDA, TAs, SubContracts, Prime Contracts, SOW, PWS, Proposal Management, FSO a big plus
    • Cloud/DevOps and Big Data experience a Plus
    • Verifiable sales track record
    • Ability to travel ConUS.
    • MUST Be US Citizen for Government Clearance.
