Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health
and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5
years of experience in program or project management. Experience in
digital systems, data analytics, or EHS domain translation.
Experience in program management, including the deployment of
programs. Experience in EHS practitioner problem-solving and safety
tooling. Preferred qualifications: Certifications such as CSP,
NEBOSH, or PMP. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or
cross-team projects. Experience acting as a product owner or
liaison for technical teams. Ability to demonstrate business value
and Return on Investment (ROI) through metrics, reporting, and
strategic communication. Excellent stakeholder management skills,
with the ability to influence executive leadership and navigate a

across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead
complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working
with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules,
identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional
partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices,
time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this
role, you will serves as the critical Environmental, Health and
Safety (EHS) domain translator for our partner tooling and
technology team, ensuring that various EHS tools are built with
practitioner logic in mind. By spanning all tooling, you will
provide a unified data story, transforming raw analytics into
actionable intelligence that the EHS organization can use to drive
continuous improvement. You will also act as a primary customer of
EHS assurance data, converting it into business drivers to enable
leaders to make strategic decisions based on trends and risks. You
will be the bridge between technical product teams and EHS
practitioners within the CSRM team. Your mission is to move beyond
providing actionable insights that drive safety improvements across
Google's infrastructure. You are a domain expert who ensures our
digital tools are built to meet the actual needs of the Field. You
will lead ambiguous, cross-functional challenges to provide a
unified data story, ensuring our Environmental, Health, and Safety
Management System (EHSMS) stays relevant, applicable, and useful
for current and future customers. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Act as the primary EHS product owner for the
partner tooling and technology team, translating complex EHS
practitioner requirements into functional specifications for tools.
Aggregate data from across EHS workstreams to tell the story of why
it matters for the business. Provide the technical architecture for
the engine room that empowers the rest of the organization. Ensure
digital safety tools are technically sound, user-friendly for the
field (e.g., helping facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
events), and aligned with global standards. Address critical gaps
in ongoing user support, specifically beyond launch. Identify,
organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver
operational and technical improvements. Transform raw analytics
into actionable intelligence to help EHS leaders make strategic
decisions based on trends and risks.
