enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. If you're passionate

success, financial performance, and overall customer experience.

business. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities: Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all
company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards
to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and
customers. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering
processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing
waste. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance,
feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s
standards. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company
goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Oversee
financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and
maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills to effectively
manage both staff and customer relations. Must have reliable
transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required
meetings. Solid experience in budget management and financial
analysis to drive profitability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and
engaging atmosphere. 3 years of restaurant management experience,
with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
