Opportunity We are looking for a high-capacity Restaurant Manager
to join our team at Chick-fil-A . This is a hands-on operational
leadership role designed for experienced leaders who want ownership
for results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be
entrusted to lead leaders, drive operational excellence, and
directly impact team culture and guest experience. You will work
alongside an Owner/Operator while receiving world-class support and
development from one of the strongest brands in the nation. Your
Impact Leading multiple shift leaders and coaching a team of 80–100
to deliver remarkable results Owning operational excellence across
all dayparts, ensuring speed, accuracy, and hospitality Increasing
profitability through strong labor stewardship, waste reduction,
and throughput improvement Creating a culture of accountability
through clear expectations, feedback, and consistent follow-up
Maintaining a work environment that actively ensures food safety,
team safety, and restaurant cleanliness Partnering with fellow
leaders to align on business priorities, track results, and
continuously improve performance Background Profile 3 years of
leadership experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience strongly preferred
Direct experience leading through others (team leads, shift
supervisors, etc.) Full-time open availability , including Fridays
and Saturdays Strong communicator able to handle conflict and coach
for performance Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and delivering
